These terms are the agreement between you and Vepathos Inc. for the planner at vepathos.com, the API, the MCP connection, and the driver links (the “service”). If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company. Questions go to support@vepathos.com.
Vepathos plans delivery routes from the stops, fleet, and rules you provide. Plans on the account have the limits shown in the product, including stops per run and stops per month. A free plan and a paid plan are both the service. We may change what a plan includes. The limits shown when you subscribe apply until we tell you they change.
You need an account. You can sign in with Google or with an email and password. You keep the login safe and you are responsible for what the account does, including a route someone on the account launches. Tell us at support@vepathos.com if you think someone else is using it.
You keep ownership of the addresses, orders, files, and other content you upload. You give us permission to host it, geocode it, optimize it, and show a route to a driver when you send the link. You confirm that you have the right to upload it, including any name or phone number of a recipient.
How we handle that content is in the privacy policy.
Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance through a payment provider, monthly or yearly, as the checkout says. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the paid features until it succeeds. You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not refund the period already paid, unless the law where you live requires a refund.
A run spends stops from the plan, except where the product says a rerun of the same stops is free. The count shown before you confirm is the one that applies to that launch.
You will not:
A driver link shows the route you chose to whoever opens it, until the link expires. You choose who receives it.
Connecting Mercado Libre, Shopify, or Tiendanube lets us read the orders that connection allows. You can disconnect it. The store’s own terms still apply to that store.
A route is a suggestion built from the coordinates and the road data available at the time. It is not a promise of distance, duration, legality, or safety.
Traffic, weather, closures, vehicle limits, and local rules can make the real trip different. The person dispatching and the person driving check the route before anyone travels it. Vepathos does not operate the vehicles.
We work to keep the service available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted. Maps, geocoding, and payments depend on other companies, and they can fail.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. We will email the account unless the law tells us not to, or unless we have to act first to stop harm.
To the extent the law allows, Vepathos is not liable for indirect damages, lost deliveries, fines, traffic accidents, lost goods, or lost profits, whether or not we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. If you only used a free plan, that cap is 100 US dollars. Some places do not allow a limit like this. Where they do not, the limit applies only as far as it can.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Vepathos Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
We post updates on this page and change the date. If a change is material, we also email the address on the account when we can. Using the service after that date means you accept the update. If you do not, close the account.
