Terms of Service

1. Description of Service and Plans

Vepathos is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to plan deliveries, balance vehicles, and optimize routes.

Access to the Service is governed under different subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Each tier imposes mandatory technical limits on monthly stops, stops per optimization request, active vehicles counts, and advanced rules. We reserve the right to modify these limits or characteristics of the plans with prior notice.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must register and maintain an active account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harassing activities.
• Attempt to decompile, copy, or reverse engineer the optimization algorithms or the user interface.
• Spam or intentionally overload our infrastructure or the optimization engine (RouteHub API).
• Share API credentials or user accounts with third parties outside of your authorized subscription scope.

4. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed periodically in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. If we cannot process a payment for your renewal, we reserve the right to suspend access to premium features or downgrade your account to the Free tier.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent the next periodic renewal but does not entitle you to refunds for already elapsed billing periods.

5. Exclusion of Warranties on Routes and Maps

IMPORTANT: The Service calculates suggested optimal routes based on geographical coordinates and road network data provided by third-party mapping services.

We do not guarantee that the suggested routes, travel time estimates, distances, or stop ordering will be 100% accurate or free of errors. External factors (such as weather conditions, traffic restrictions, local traffic regulations, accidents, or temporary street closures) can change the actual route. It is the sole responsibility of the dispatcher and the driver to verify the legal and physical viability of the suggested routes before starting travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vepathos shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, driver road accidents, traffic fines, delivery delays, lost cargo, loss of business profits, or interruptions in your logistics operations arising directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the platform after such posting constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
