Automations
Plans that run on their own.
An automation is a schedule over a plan you already built: it reuses its depot, its fleet and its rules, looks for orders, and optimizes without you opening anything.
Automations
plans with a clock
OnNext look 08:00
When it looks
Days, a window, and how often inside it. The window's last slot counts too.
What it runs
The plan's orders, or a tray a shop or a spreadsheet drops them into.
When it refuses
Too few orders, more vehicles than you have, a plan already running — each one says so with its numbers.
- Nothing runs until you turn it on
- Every decision is logged with its numbers
- It stops itself after 3 failures in a row
What it does
Every automation decides on data, not on guesses, and writes down the numbers it decided with.
When it looks
You pick the days, a time window, and how often it checks inside that window. The last check of the window counts too.
What it runs
The orders loaded in the plan, or the ones a connected store or a spreadsheet drops in the tray. Or both at once.
When it refuses
Too few orders, more vehicles than you own, a plan already running: every refusal is written down with its numbers.
When it stops
After three failures in a row it switches itself off and tells you what happened. It does not sit there retrying against a problem.
What stays written
Every check leaves a record of what it saw, what it decided and why. You can read the whole history.
Who is in charge
It runs nothing until you switch it on, and you switch it off whenever you want.
How it works
Build a plan and run it at least once, so you know the fleet and the rules work.
Create the automation over that plan: it keeps a copy of its own, so touching it never changes the original.
Set when it looks: days, time window and how often.
Say where the orders come from: the plan's own load, a connected store, a spreadsheet, or a combination.
Choose whether it runs by itself or asks first, and switch it on.
Frequently asked questions
- What if there are no orders one day?
- It does not run. An automation with nothing to work on does not spend a run: it writes that down and waits for the next check.
- Can it burn all my stops for the month?
- Every run consumes from the same quota as a manual one, and the automation switches itself off after three failures in a row. The automations section shows how many are on and lets you switch them off.
- Does it change my original plan?
- No. Automating a plan saves a copy that belongs to the automation. The plan you use by hand stays untouched.
- Can it tell the driver?
- The result lands in your account like any run: you open the routes and share the link with each driver.
- How many can I have switched on?
- It depends on your plan. The section shows how many are on and what the cap is.
