Copilot

T-P4T0, your dispatch copilot.

Send the whole job in one message, with orders, depot, fleet and rules, and in a single step you go from that text to the routes. If you'd rather go slower, it walks you through one question at a time. It asks before spending a run, and never invents an address.

What needs to go out today?

Upload your orders or describe the operation. Vepathos AI plans the routes with your fleet and shows what a run uses before anything runs.

Workflow replay with sample data: 250 stops in Tacoma and 10 vans. The recorded calculation took 15 seconds; the demo includes pauses to review each step. Calculation progress is replayed at increased speed.

What it does

It works on your Vepathos account, not on a demo: the plans, the fleet and the orders it sees are yours.

  • Load the orders

Upload a file, paste the addresses in the chat, or pull them from a connected store. Every address becomes a pin you can review.

  • Build what is missing

If you have no depot, fleet or vehicles for that run, it creates them with you on the spot, without leaving the conversation.

  • One message, one plan

A single paragraph with depot, fleet, orders and rules is enough: it builds the whole plan and shows it to you to review.

  • Show the cost first

It tells you how many stops the run consumes and waits for your OK. Nothing runs until you confirm.

  • Try again without starting over

Change a rule or the fleet and run again on the same stops, to compare results.

  • Leave it running

When the plan works, it turns it into an automation with a schedule of its own.

How it works

  1. Sign in to your account and open the copilot from the menu.

  2. Tell it what has to go out: upload the spreadsheet, paste the addresses, or write a paragraph about the operation.

  3. Review the plan it builds, with its depot, fleet and rules, and confirm. Only then does the optimization run.

  4. Open the routes on the map, share them with each driver, or save the plan to reuse it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace the dashboard?
No. It is another door to the same thing. Plans, fleets and results live in your account and show up in the dashboard, so you can carry on there whenever you want.
Can it spend stops without me saying so?
No. Reading your account is free. Optimizing consumes stops from your plan, and it always shows how many before asking for your OK.
Does it invent addresses?
No. Addresses go through the geocoder and become pins you can review on the map before anything runs.
What happens to my spreadsheet?
It stays in Vepathos, inside your account, like any import you do from the dashboard.
What language do I write in?
Yours. It answers in the language you write to it in.
